The platform supported by the research
Steam lists the PC game with Windows requirements. Gamepressure corroborates that platform as PC Windows. Those are the concrete platform references available for the release covered by this site.
The collected research does not identify an official mobile store listing. It therefore provides no basis for presenting an Android download or an iPhone release as available. This is a statement about the verified release information, rather than a prediction about every future platform.
Why a smartphone appears in the description
Online: 404 uses an in-game phone as a central survival tool. The character uses it to search a fictional internet and access survival information. Gamerficial’s coverage describes that design inside the PC survival game.
A game can feature a phone without being designed for a phone platform. Here, the smartphone is part of how the player interacts with the game world. It should not be read as a reference to an Android or iOS application.
The fictional internet is part of gameplay
The in-game browser contains advertisements and unreliable information. Looking up a survival task is therefore part of the experience described by the developer. The information system exists within the game rather than being a separate mobile companion service.
The phone also provides the navigation, flashlight and weather functions covered in the smartphone article. Those are announced gameplay features. They do not establish mobile operating-system support or a mobile store product.
The located port statement concerns consoles
The developer’s console reply names PlayStation and Xbox after the PC release. It does not discuss a mobile edition. A statement about those console families cannot be extended into an Android or iPhone announcement.
Likewise, silence about mobile does not prove that a port can never happen. The useful answer is the narrower verified one: the collected release listing is for Windows PC. Follow an explicit platform announcement before treating another edition as established.
Where to find the game covered by this wiki
The official Steam page linked below identifies Online: 404 by Cornfield Games. That is the product documented in the research briefs. The Steam article explains its main app identity and how it differs from the historical demo.
This article does not provide a third-party mobile download. No such download was verified in the source material. If your question concerns the character’s phone rather than your device, the smartphone survival article covers the relevant gameplay system.
